Hello, I’m Max. I’m 25 and still live with my beautiful parents in Sydney, Australia. You may think, “ah, he’s probably forgotten to update his bio”, and my answer is no, I haven’t, I’m still here.

I am super grateful to be where I am today. Mostly for not choosing the default finance degree when you’re a clueless teen, as I certainly wouldn’t be here.

Half Australian, half Swede, life has been a smorgasbord of activity. I graduated university with a film degree, slung beers at the local pub, then stepped into the circus (advertising) as an account executive in 2021. I love advertising, it’s quick. I’ve loved my time in accounts, but I yearn to be a copywriter.

My goal in life is to dip my toes in as many waters as possible, and follow my gut when I’m deep enough to make an honest judgement.

I directed an epic rave documentary in 2019, produced an animated mental health documentary from 2020 - 2023, that took me to Aspen Short Film Festival (and was nominated for an academy award in 24’), graduated from AWARD school in 23’, and I’m currently running a fashion label called OH DIA with my partner.

I fucking love creativity.
